Alecia Williams had her start in the strength and conditioning world through training for ski racing at the international level. This sparked a passion for understanding how to maximise her physiology, and to learn how to perform and coach proper movement. This passion led her to a degree in Kinesiology from the University of Calgary, during which time she started implementing CrossFit style training for her and her clients.

“In my opinion, CrossFit is the best way to be ready to fully experience and enjoy life. It prepares me for my favorite activities including running, bow hunting, skiing, rock climbing  and hiking. It is also the best way to stay fit and healthy for whatever life has in store. Helping others so that they progress in the gym without injury is the next step in that journey. The difference with CrossFit is the focus is on what you are capable of, instead of what you look like. I am happier and healthier because of CrossFit, and can say the same for everyone in our wonderful community at CFPC.”

Alecia is certified through the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology, and has her CrossFit level 1.  She believes in functional Strength and Conditioning- and getting clients ready for the adventures of everyday life.
