Danielle has always had a passion for food. It was an easy decision for her to make the move to Nutrition Coaching. Danielle’s food philosophy is eating whole, nonprocessed food can be delicious! Bland and boring is the enemy. She loves the challenge of taking a recipe and revamping it into a healthier version. Seeing clients get excited about healthy food and achieving their goals are her favourite parts of coaching. Danielle loves to spend time with her husband and two children as well as social get togethers with friends. She is always up for an adventure and enjoys running OCR’s, CrossFit, hiking, rock climbing, camping and travelling. As long as the weather’s warm she’s in! She also loves writing about herself in the third person.
